Product Process Quality Management

1. Purpose: To effectively control various factors related to the production process, ensure that each production process is carried out in a controlled state according to the prescribed requirements and methods, and produce products that meet the requirements, in order to ensure the long-term stability of our company's product quality.

2. The scope of application applies to the control of the production process of conventional and standardized products in this enterprise.

3. Responsibilities

3.1 The Production Department is the supervisory department for process control, responsible for planning process control, developing production operation plans, organizing and implementing process control, providing process formulas, technical standards, and related process operation documents, planning key process procedures, responsible for production equipment and maintenance, energy supply, and production environment control.

3.2 The Quality Department is responsible for supervising the product process.

3.3 The supply and marketing department is responsible for providing the raw materials and items required for the production process in accordance with regulations.

3.4 The office is responsible for training production personnel who have an impact on quality.

3.5 The workshop shall organize and implement the control of the production process in accordance with the technical documents specified in the process documents.

4. Work procedures

4.1 The production department is responsible for determining the production process of products, packaging, etc., and planning the process control reasonably, developing production operation plans, and controlling the eight factors of people, machines, materials, methods, environment, measurement, time, and information that directly affect product quality in the production process to keep them under control.

4.2 Personnel Control

4.2.1 The production department is responsible for determining the personnel requirements and capability allocation requirements for each process in the production workshop.

4.2.2 The production department is responsible for organizing professional knowledge and operation training for operators to make them competent for their job positions.

4.3 Equipment Control

4.3.1 The production department is responsible for the provision of equipment and facilities, ensuring the supply of water, electricity, and gas energy, and conducting maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and water, electricity, and gas facilities.

4.3.2 The production department should establish a "production equipment ledger" and equipment files, and the main equipment integrity rate should reach over 95%.

4.3.3 Workshop operators shall comply with production operating procedures, not operate in violation of regulations, and take good care of daily equipment and facilities for use and maintenance. When equipment malfunctions, promptly notify maintenance personnel for repair.

4.4 Raw Material Control

4.4.1 The supply and marketing department is responsible for organizing the provision of raw and auxiliary materials, packaging, and other items that have been inspected or verified as qualified for production use.

4.4.2 In the production process, if quality problems are found with raw materials and packaging, stop using them and promptly report to the quality department for identification and disposal.

4.4.3 The specific implementation shall be carried out in accordance with the "Procurement Management System" and the "Control and Management Measures for Non conforming Products".

4.5 Production Operation Control

4.5.1 The production workshop organizes production in accordance with technical standards, production technology formulas, operating procedures, and other operational documents, and adheres to process discipline.

4.5.2 The production workshop implements a "three inspection" system during the production process, which combines self inspection, sampling, and inspection to ensure the production of products that meet the specified requirements.

4.6 Production environment control

4.6.1 The production department is responsible for planning, controlling, and assessing the working environment of the production site in accordance with relevant production site management requirements.

4.6.2 The production workshop shall manage the production environment, keep equipment, tools, and personnel clean and hygienic according to the relevant regulations of the enterprise, maintain a suitable working environment, and do a good job in on-site production management.

4.7 Process Quality Monitoring: The Quality Department is responsible for implementing process supervision and inspection control over incoming raw materials, semi-finished products during production, and finished products stored in the warehouse, with a focus on monitoring key processes,

4.8 The Key Process Production Department is responsible for determining and monitoring the key processes, establishing key process control points, and managing and implementing them in the production workshop. Our company has established key control points for the blown film, printing, and composite processes, and the main measures taken include:

4.8.1 Operators of key control points must undergo training before taking up their posts;

4.8.2 Operators shall strictly control the quality of operations and processes in accordance with key control requirements;

4.8.3 The quality department focuses on monitoring the quality of the production process.
